Yellow Not Pizza is the sister restaurant to the 1 Star Michelin Restaurant Albi. During the day Yellow serves some of the best coffee in Georgetown. Starting at 4 PM you can enjoy their dinner menu which includes several pizzas.
Getting a reservation here, especially on a weekend night, can be tough. It is easy to walk in though if you go early enough.
Definitely try their Burnt Eggplant Pizza. It has amazing complex flavors. Don’t forget to order their trio of dipping sauces for your crust. Complete your meal with some delicious ice cream!
All Purpose – Great For Groups
